Psi Upsilon places a strong emphasis on brotherhood and a commitment to maintaining close connections with our members. Through our efforts, we create a sense of community and belonging that lasts a lifetime.
Intellectual Engagement
We challenging our members to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and problem solvers. Our brothers use the knowledge and skills that they develop in Hartford to make positive contributions to communities across the country.
Moral Leadership
Psi Upsilon emphasizes integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all of our members. We do so by promoting moral leadership with educational programs, chapter meetings, and community service initiatives.

ABOUT US
Our History Runs Deep
Psi Upsilon was founded in Schenectady, New York in 1833. Not long after, the Beta Beta Chapter opened it’s doors in 1880. It doesn’t take long to find the storied history of both Psi Upsilon and our chapter embedded deep in our roots and traditions. Click here to learn more!
